Publisher and scope

Boston Spectral Unit: Paranormal Investigation Team is published by Net Projekt d.o.o., Trinajstići 94c, 51215 Kastav, Croatia. Contact: gaming@net-projekt.hr. These terms apply to use of the game and this website, alongside the applicable Google Play terms.

Personal use

You may use a lawfully obtained copy of the game for personal entertainment. Game artwork, audio, code and branding remain protected by the rights of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership or prevent uses permitted by law.

Fictional experience

The detector, entities, radio messages and locations are fictional gameplay. The app does not detect real ghosts or provide real-world safety information. Play in a safe stationary position and stop if the experience causes discomfort.

Availability and local data

Compatibility depends on device sensors, operating system and settings. Save files and scores are local to your device; clearing storage, uninstalling, device failure or backup settings can affect them. Contact support if the game does not work as expected. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised.

Purchases and consumer rights

Any price, purchase conditions or refunds applicable to a release are described by its Google Play listing and Google's purchase process. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
