Turn your phone slowly while remaining safely in place. Follow the detector and vibration pulses. When the presence is found, hold still and press CAPTURE. Later locations have interference, so a visual range reading may not always be available.

Many locations contain more than one spirit. Return for another hunt until the location is CLEARED. Captured spirits are shown on the location card and in COLLECTION.

Use RETRY MOTION ACCESS when shown. Check any motion permission in Android's app settings, and hold the phone a little flatter. A real device with working motion sensors is required; emulators and unsupported hardware may not provide usable readings.

Check the device's vibration/haptic settings and any power-saving mode. Some devices have weaker vibration hardware. If haptics remain unavailable, send us your phone model and Android version.

It briefly replaces the proximity text with a direction arrow. You have two uses across the run. Use it when interference makes the direction hard to follow.

Clear the game's app data in Android Settings → Apps → Boston Spectral Unit → Storage. This deletes local progress and scores. Manage Android backups separately. See the privacy policy for details.
